THE INDIANA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE FOLLOWING TIMES & PLACES FOR THE COVID BOOSTER, COVID TESTING AND FLU SHOTS.

The Indiana State Department of Health will be at the following sites:

New Hope Christian Center on 4/24/25 from 9am-3pm. 900 South Wayne Street, Waterloo IN

Middaugh Hall on 4/24/25 from 9am-3pm. 708 South Union Street, Auburn, IN

Eckhart Public Library on 5/2/25 from 930am-3pm. 603 S Jackson St., Auburn IN

The state will have all vaccines including MMR. They will not have the Varicella vaccine.

These are walk-in. No appointment needed. These clinics are for both adults and children.

The state will also have RSV, pneumonia, tDap, Covid, flu, and various other vaccines at this location as well 

Flu shots will be available for ages 3 and up as well as the updated Covid vaccine ages 5 and up and Covid testing. They are only offering the Pfizer vaccine.
