Services Provided *Enter contracts on behalf of landowners for drainage Improvements on regulated drains *Authority over all county drains in DeKalb County consisting of 650 regulated drains with about 1,600 miles of tile and open drains. Requirements *No construction work should be done on a regulated drain without the prior consent of the DeKalb County Surveyor or the Drainage Board *No permanent improvement shall be placed within the statutory right of a regulated drain without the prior written approval from the Drainage Board
