Purpose Of Citizen Watch Program
The Citizen Watch Program includes a variety of community strategies for preventing criminal and delinquent behavior. It includes activities designed to protect people from becoming victims or to provide services to people vulnerable to becoming involved in criminal or delinquent behavior. The primary activities are designed to make the neighborhood a safer place in which to live. Our aim is the participation of community residents in an effective self-help organization, to develop and conduct anti-crime programs within each neighborhood.
